This is business plan that is showing how all activities will be started and terminated over a given period of
time .it should be showing all relevant information about product, place, price and promotion even all
sources of capital that I expect to have doing the determined period of time so I wished to start all activities
by this August. the requirement was based on the following problems:

-what do I want to do?

-where do I want to place my business?
-what type of my communication?
-what the kind of the product do I want?
-do I deserve further transformation over a given period of time?
>what do I want to do?
This normally will be based on discovery that have it`s relation with the tangible facets that you
can even identify yourself ,to day demand of electronic devices is high and demand of food at
market is high, this will be the major facts of improving ways of selling and winning more
customers at the market at a short given period of time through innovation and mobility that is
based on transformation .so I was to start by the following kind of business so to get more
starting capital to the big business idea that I`m with:-simple body protective food selling
[cabbages ,onions ,carrots ,Irish potatoes and so on]
-turkey rearing and re selling them at variable prices
-making the market for international food like [rice, flour (maize, wheat, yellow flour,
………..)
-advanced selling bicycle, motor, cars, and lorries Separeparts.
-the advanced garage .
How I`m planning to do this ;I need at least about 200000rwf will be enough to start and
manage my business . at it`s starting I shall need more communication fee that is about
4000rwf to stay communicated with my customers ,being friendly and fulfilling the bigger and
smaller premises to my customers who work in bigger corporations like Restourants ,bars ,min
logs then the remaining parts will be upon retailers who wish to sell their products to their
center customers
>where do I want to place my business?
I have more than 7 places that I can position my business namely:

>gahembe
>biryogo
>mbyo
>nkanika
>round point
In this place I want to have a good extraction point that is knoun by every body such that the
adivertisement will be easy, for every body to reach at that place so we must have even a good
man power to quickly help us to donate and transport goods to the customers normally to
those who buy on large quantity. But what idea that comes to mind is this: -do I have
determined place to put my products in centers?
Here what I think is mobile business with no price discrimination at every place I want to have a
same price that is very understandable and measurable.
>what is the type of my communication?
Here you can ask your self: what a business without communication? ,here I want to talk about
the relation that business shall have with it`s customers either internally or externally .it is
possible that every business must have strong customer relation so that to keep it`s position in
the eyes of it`s customer ,so what I want to do is to have is names and numbers of my strong
customers and those who buy for me every time that I bring my products at market . because I
do think they are the ones that I will be calling my real customers. Normally a business with
communication wins quickly as it takes pride to next level of founding. Best relation will
transform our ideas into well finished product that have well defined picture of the future. Here
if we get big chances of having this viable relation, what benefits we will be having at the
end :>we shall have high probability of getting advance from our customers like (giving us the
money for goods before we bring them to the market this quickly help us to call for more goods
to our suppliers and we enlarge our business overall.)
>we shall be able to up rise more other tangible busness since we are knoun to our customers .
>we shall have good repetition in the government so that we may get loans for next revel of
funding.
>we shall get high attraction to investors and share buyers.
>big magnified market share to national and international markets.
>shifting from one business to another will be easy since we have got good communication with
our customers (
