Teacher draws a happy face and a sad face on the board. Say, e.g. I like … elephants. (pupil
Pre-lesson name), what about you? Draw a picture of a cake on the board / show the flashcard. Elicits
the pupils.

Teacher sticks the flashcards around the room. Say food words at random, e.g.

4. When students have learnt the song, practise it with whole class.
