Dear Sir/Madam,
1. The Government of to organise state level World
Punjab has decided
Environment Day programme on 5h June, 2022 from 11A.M to 11.45 AM through
virtual mode. Hon'ble Chief Minister, Punjab has very kindly consented to be the
Chief Guest of the function. Proposed programme schedule for the function is
attached herewith (Annexure-1). The program will be live streamed through
PAWAN network.
2. You are requestedto kindly attend the function through virtual mode along with
concerned officers, eminent personalities, Teachers, students and proactivé
NGOs of your district.
3. Further, you are also requested to coordinate with the Hon'ble MLAs of the
fituencies falling in the jurisdiction of your district to ensure their participation
in the function. An invitation to the Hon'ble MLAs of Punjab is attached herewith
(Annexure-2).
