1. It all depends on what group of people the advertisement is aimed for.
Young people look if
it’s cool, hip, or fashionable; whereas older people tend to be more practical-minded, so those in charge of advertising need to have a clear idea of who they will be targeting with their advertisement, and plan accordingly. If the advertisement is geared to the younger generation, then showing how the product can help kids be more attractive, confident, or successful is good. Catchy music also helps attract attention and helps listeners remember it. If you’re trying to reach the older generation with your advertisement, explaining how the product will give them better health, or help them relax, or be happier may appeal to them. 2. From my point of view, advertisements just can bring advantages to the seller because the products will become more well-known, but they may be annoyed the customers. More people are aware of the products thanks to the advertisements, and the businesses sell more items and gain more revenue. On the contrary, advertising appears in many places, making customers feel a little uncomfortable because it hinders their work. Take an example, nowadays, advertisements for items appear a lot on social networking sites. I don’t think anyone would be happy to be interrupted by fifteen seconds of commercials while concentrating on watching a movie, studying, or working. 3. Well, I can think of two key rationales behind people’s negative attitude towards adverts. Also, I suspect that many people are simply fed up with the sheer abundance of adverts these days. I mean, no matter how patient a person is, he or she can only tolerate so many commercial breaks during their favorite television program or YouTube videos. So basically, I think most people detest advertisements due to a lack of either trust or tolerancing people’s negative attitude towards adverts. 4. Yes, I do. Some things should not be advertised, such as tobacco or alcohol , which are harmful to people’s health. Most people are aware of their existence, so they don’t need to be promoted more. Children especially should not be shown advertisements that make harmful things look cool or interesting. Advertisements that have age-inappropriate content should also be banned. 5. Well, Vietnamese individuals commonly watch TV. People usually spend time on watching television in the primetime. Primetime television is on between the hours of 7pm to 11pm and features some of the most popular shows. This is the time for people to rest after work, and also the time to stay with their families. Families are home and can all agree on watching the same show like “thank god you are here’ ‘running man’ and ‘the voice’ . Also, there is evening news for the grown-ups to catch up on. A wide variety of TV show categories makes primetime the most popular time to watch television. 6. I think people spend time on watching television in the primetime. To my knowledge, Vietnamese people are still watching television, albeit at a frequency lower than in prior years. Because Internet technology is evolving so quickly, most individuals spend more time using their phones or computers than watching TV, partially because their busy work schedule prevents them from watching TV to unwind. Usually, I observe that people in Vietnam watch TV at dinner time, often news and daily news. Alternatively, they will watch long-running dramas that are shown on television every evening. 9.
