1. Complete delivery:

2. Design temprature : 0 C~ 120C
3. The tank shall be made of low carbon steel as per ASME II, with internal anticorrosion coating.
4. Corrosion protection of internal surface shall be two layers of epoxy-phenolic paint 150 μm each. Total coating 300 μm.
5. Corrosion protection of external surface:
- zinc rich epoxy primer one layer 50 μm;
- epoxy paint one layer 150 μm;
- UV resistant PU paint one layer 50 μm.
6. Protection from soil corrosion of underground part of the tank shall be performed by Manufacturer as follows:
- abrasion resistant epoxy glue one layer 200 μm;
- abrasion resistant epoxy glue with glass particles
- one layer 250 μm. Total coating 450 μm.
7. Before the beginning of work all surface to be painted shall be checked and prepared for application of anticorrosion coating in
accordance with the paint Manufacturer instruction manual

8. Preparing and application of anticorrosion paints and quality control of paint coat shall be performaed incomplince with the
manufacture s instruction manual and the standards ISO 8504. Quality of paint coat shall be checked after
complete curing.
9. Coating shall provide for pipe and equipment protection against external corrosion during minimum 15 years.
10. Manhole hatch shall be fitted with turn mechanism or hinges.
11. Provision shall be made for attachment of two earthing devices one on each manhole.
12. Tank drawing to mention support dimensions, maximum foundation loads from equipment
13. Documents shall contain tank characteristics, general view drawing, task order for tank foundation design.
14.The full set of documents for the tank shall be submitted to the Company and Design Contractor before the beginning of
manufacture.
15. To provide a fixed or detachable ladder inside the tank.
16. To provide with the tank a set of spare parts agreed with Company, for setup, startup and subsequent 2 years operation.
17. Manufacturer shall submit permits and approvals, operation documents, operation and maintenance.
18. Piping within battery limits shall be supplied in big assemblies including valves, pipes and fittings.
19. Piping and fittings shall be welded. Flanges shall only be installed at piping connection to the tank, valves and other equipment
having companion flanges, and in segments that will require regular dismantling or replacement.
20. Provision shall be made for minimum on site welding.
