The line graph compares and contrasts data on the changes in how

many times three distinct fast food namely pizza, hamburgers, and
fish and chips consumed by Australian adolescents annually, over a
26-year period of time from 1975 to 2000.
A closer look at the diagram highlights the fact that there was a
dramatic growth in the consumption of pizza and hamburgers, with
the notable exception of the fish and chips, over the whole time
period.
Getting back to the details, the figures of hamburgers gradually
rose from about 85 times in 1985 to nearly 100 times in 2000, an
increase of around 15 times. This contrasts markedly with fish and
chips’ figures which considerably decreased from nearly 95 times
down to closely 40 times over the same period of time, a decline of
slightly more than twofold. One further point to note is that pizza is
the only category remained constant with the figure of about 85 times
from 1995 to 2000. In addition, the biggest difference in the
consumption between pizza and fish and chips was in 1975 where the
figures were nearly five times and 100 times respectively , a gap
of about twentyfold.
