    A Christian school leader should possess several key characteristics to be effective. They should be flexible to adapt to changing circumstances, empower others by recognizing their gifts, and empower educators to lead educational programs. Additionally, they need strong management skills to organize and communicate effectively, as well as competence in their field. A Christian leader also acts as a strategic thinker who guides the school along God's path, inspires curiosity, and serves as a shepherd focused on God's agenda above all else. They must demonstrate integrity, build community, communicate well, and strategically build relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community.

    A Christian leader should possess some characteristics to be a good leader which are,
    Flexibility
    A Christian leader should be flexible. for example, in case of anything like a meeting they
    should be in apposition to attend without excuses. the leader should be able to have skills to
    adapt and adjust plans for the unforeseen circumstances.
    Empower innovators
    A Christian leader should be able to recognize the gifts of individuals and empowers the
    other students to be inventive.
    Empower educators
    A Christian school leader should be able to empower educators and lead educational
    programs of the Christian school.
    Management skills
    A Christian school leader should have management skills. The leader should be able to
    organize, set workable workstation, plan systematically, communicate effectively and in a
    timely manner.
    Knowledge and competence
    A Christian school leader should be knowledgeable and be competent in their field and
    carrying out the missions that are given to them.
    Strategic thinker.
    A Christian school leader should be able to create a roadmap and to guide the school along
    the pathway that God leads them.
    Restless curiosity
    A Christian school leader should always ignite restless curiosity in the board among staff and
    with the stakeholders in the community and school.
    Biblical servant leader
    A Christian school leader needs to be spiritual to their leadership.
    The shepherd
    A Christian school leader must first seek to be on Gods agenda. the leader should be seeking
    to be shepherds like Jesus.
    Authentic
    Christian school leader should be an individual of integrity and humility. The leader should
    be transparent and authentic.
    Community leader
    Christian school leader should be instilling a climate of community work. The leader should
    create a sense of teamwork and builds a community that works, serves and learns together.
    Effective communication
    Christian school leader should be able to speak fluently and able to work and write.
    Relational
    Christian school leader should be able to strategize and build positive engaging relationship
    with student, parents, staff, community and church.
    Ability to influence others
    Christian school leader should be able to influence various communities to understand the
    mission of the school.
    Passion
    A leader should love what they do and how they serve others.
