    DANI= Hello Mr. Brian

    BRIAN= Hello how are you Daniel, what did you want to tell me?

    DANI= I have some proposals for changes that will benefit our company.

    BRIAN= Perfect, what is it about?

    DANI= My idea is to add a day care service for workers with children.

    BRIAN= I agree, could you give me more details on the matter?

    DANI= I had thought of doing it through premium payments…

    BRIAN= I think it is not a good idea because people prefer to have a good salary and a better
    work-life balance.

    DANI= You should think about it Mr. Brian, this change will give a better performance to our
    staff and a better atmosphere within the company.

    BRIAN= Well...I'll keep in mind for a future decision on the matter.

    BRIAN JOSE= I'm sorry, but I have little time for an upcoming meeting, I can't attend to you.
