Dear Sir, This has reference to the meeting, our Mr. Prashant Gaur (Area Manager) Mr. Shailendra Kumar (Sr. Executive) & Mr. Suraj Bawari (Manager Technical) had with you regarding the subject matter when they visited you on dated 15/07/11. We are thankful to you for shown keen interest in our product & technology. As per the discussion, we would like to submit to you the followings. We are the manufacturer and marketers of petroleum fuel additives and solid fuel additives in the country since last Thirteen years. Our THERMOL range of petroleum combustion catalyst has now been accepted as the most effective product by industrial and retail consumers in the country. THEMACT, a solid combustion catalyst, on the other hand has got itself established as the only product giving immense benefits to the consumers. We are proud to say that both these unique products have been developed in association with Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, after years of research and developmental activities. Our company has also been accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certification. THERMOL was introduced in December 1998. Since then, THERMOL has been established as the most unique and effective fuel oil combustion catalyst in the industrial sector in the country. THERMOL also works as sludge homogenizer. Virgin sludge of oil tank consists primarily of three components, namely Hydrocarbons, In-organics and Water. The hydrocarbons in the tank sludge are akin to the heavy fractions present in the parent crude oil. Therefore the hydrocarbons in the tank sludge are valuable and recovery of these provides value recovery while reducing / preventing loss. Generally hydrocarbon percentage in virgin crude oil tank sludge is around 80% to 90%, In-organics are around 1% to 2% and the rest is water. THERMOL breaks the hydrocarbon agglomerations, thereby liquidifying the sludge leading to maximum sludge recovery (MSR) value. THERMOL contains several components such as Detergents, Dispersants, Lubricity additive, Corrosion Inhibitor, Antioxidant, Anti-foamant, Cetane improver, Surfactants, Combustion Catalysts, etc.. Surfactants present in THERMOL reduce the surface tension of the oil droplets thereby breaking each of the droplets into two or three smaller droplets resulting into combustion improvement and enhancing the combustion efficiency. Detergents and Dispersants present in THERMOL help in cleaning and preventing any carbon deposits in the system and thus preventing filter clogging. These actions further help in improving the combustion of fuel oil. The unique Combustion Catalysts present in THERMOL help to improve the combustion further. The combined effect of these four components improves the combustibility of fuel oil drastically. Therefore, the combustion efficiency of the system improves, resulting into reduction in consumption of the fuel oil. Usage of THERMOL will certainly help you in reducing the fuel oil consumption by 2 to 4%. In other words, unlike some of the other additives where you pay money from your pocket, THERMOL will pour money into your pocket. Apart from the direct saving in fuel oil consumption, you will surely derive a lot of intangible benefits as well. To quantify the effectiveness of THERMOL, on the basis of improvement in Specific Fuel Consumption (SFC)/ Decrease Fuel Consumption on Liters/Ton, without affecting the process output. PRE-TRIAL We would conduct a Pre-trial of 7-10 days, during which the following parameters will be recorded on a day-to-day basis.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING (MOM) A Minutes of Meeting will be prepared and signed by both the teams clearly defining the parameters to be calculated for the purpose of quantifying the benefits of THERMOL. THERMOL DOSAGE We recommend a dosage of 1:2000 on v/v basis (i.e. 1 Liter of THERMOL to be added with 2000 Liters of fuel) THERMOL ADDITION THERMOL is to be added directly into the main storage tank or the service tank of the fuel. Because of its homogeneous mixing properties, there is no need for any mixers, blenders or agitators. However, residence time of a minimum 12 hours is needed.

POST-TRIAL Immediately after pre-trial, THERMOL dosing will start. The post-trial will continue for a period of 10-15 days. During this trial period all the parameters as identified during pre-trial will be monitored and recorded. If there are abnormal variations in the readings of parameters as compared to the pre-trial, those readings will be excluded for the purpose of calculating the benefits. BREAK EVEN POINT (BEP) As the cost of Furnace Oil is Rs. 42000/KL and the cost of THERMOL is Rs. 650/Liter and the dosage is 1:2000 on v/v basis, the BEP comes to 0.77% {650/(2x42000)%} ASSURED SAVINGS We assure you a minimum gross saving of 2.00% based on Decrease in Liters/Ton. We will supply you the initial quantity for the trial purpose free of cost (FOC), in lieu of that we need a letter of consent, which clearly mentioned that after successful completion of trial, a formal purchase order will be issued for further continuity of THERMOL on regular basis. TRIAL TEAM You will arrange for lodging and boarding for the trial team consisting of 2-3 persons for the entire duration of trial and thereof the visiting faculty. You will also provide transport facility for 24 hours working of the trial team. DISCONTINUITY OF TRIAL In case the trial has to be discontinued due to any operational reasons after mutual agreement, we will return back the unconsumed material from your premises.
