PRODUCTS

The products to be sold are affordable for the customers and are safe for their

health. These are the products that will be offered by the business:

* takoyaki (can be spicy or not)

* milktea (flavors: classic, chocolate, okinawa, wintermelon, cookies and cream, dark

choco, and matcha)

PLACE

The business will be located at Basud, Polangui, Albay wherein many people
gather and pass by. Since it is near the market, it would be a better location for the
business in order to attract more costumers

We plan to start with an inventory of Php. 10 000- price takoyaki and milktea
products. The prices of these foods will range from Php. 50.00 up to Php. 110. 00. We
also intend to offer a different selection of milktea flavors and promos. We will have a
better understanding of the right product mix as time passes.
Specialized tools and equipment will be needed by the business. The business
will need some additional equipment including some decorations and waiting chair for
the costumers.
The renovations of our intended location includes: partitioning the; installation of

flooring in the showroom and service areas; and installation of a counter and cash

register.

PROMOTION

The promotion of TakoyaTea will be through placing advertisements on

community – based newspaper, radio stations and through social media platforms.
PEOPLE

Since TakoyaTea is a small business, the staff are also us, the owners. We

exactly know what to do in this business. We advertise, cook, make, and we sell.

Suppliers of the ingredients are located at the public market which are ensured to be

clean and safe. In the future, the business will be open for hiring staff/ people with 18

years of age with experience or knowledge about this certain business.

PACKAGING

We use disposable/recyclable cups for milkteas and paper plates for the
takoyakis. These will then put inside a paper bag before serving.
All materials (paper bags, cups, plates) used are personalized because it will be

printed with our logo and shop name. For customer service inquiries, our Facebook

page (TakoyaTea Official) is also printed.

POSITIONING

TakoyaTea will have a good reputation in the milktea and takoyaki industry due

to its quality products and good service. The business will continue to strive better to

achieve its mission, vision, and goals.
