- The development of automobile industry has made cars become affordable to

citizens.

+ Cars or motorbikes become necessities for people.
- The road facilities fall behind the growing number of cars.
+ This is the main cause of traffic congestion.
- Some drivers violate the traffic rules and cause road accidents.

Measures to tackle the problem
