    Position: Quality Analyst

    Location: Mumbai/Noid
    Education: Graduation in any field

    Responsibilities:
    ● Monitors calls and provide feedback to BDs
    ● Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at
    team and individual level
    ● Provides actionable data to various internal teams as needed.
    ● Conducts weekly sync with BDMs to help them understand areas of improvement and
    actionables for their team
    ● Be a part of process enhancement and adherence
    ● Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for Sales & Training Team.
    ● Maintains and updates data for BDs from quality perspective and publish weekly &
    monthly reports
    ● Focuses on improving BD performance week on week

    Skills Required
    ● In-depth Product knowledge
    ● High degree of self motivation and strong orientation towards teamwork
    ● Excellent time management and effective prioritization
    ● Excellent business communication skills
    ● Intermediate skills on Google Sheets,Docs, Presentations
    ● Able to effectively communicate and train people from different cultures
    ● Well Versed with Hindi and English. Written and Verbal
    ● Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
