    ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

    Before the Court is the Joint Motion for an Order of Dismissal jointly filed by Relator

    Elizabeth H. Hudson, and Defendants Main Building Maintenance, Inc. and JXM, Inc.,

    Robert A. Ximenes, Elvira H. Ximenes, and Margaux I. Ximenes. The United States has filed

    a notice of consent to dismissal. Based on the Joint Motion, for good cause having been show,

    and taking judicial notice of the entire record in this case, it is HEREBY ORDERED:

    1. The Joint Motion is GRANTED.

    2. All of Relator Elizabeth H. Hudson’s claims are DISMISSED WITH

    PREJUDICE.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
