KNOWLEDGE OF SUBJECT Minimal knowledge of the subject is
evidenced in the speech; the
content does not relate to the
theme; the participant does not
convey an understanding of the
theme.
NOTE: IMPROMPTU PRESENTATION: The speech should be in between 1:00 min. (minimum)- 2:00 min. (maximum)- 1 to 2 point/s deduction if below 1:30 mins. & seconds
and 1 or more point/s deduction after 2:00 min.
