Dear Mr. Stanley Clark M. Dipay:

Good day! As the academic year comes to an end, the Cebu Doctors’ University -
Senior High School Drama Society organization would like to make a tribute film for our
senior high school students. This film project aims to show gratitude, admiration, and respect
to the CDU - SHS community and the school. We would like to ask your good office to let us
use some facilities in our school in order to make this project happen on July 20 th, 2022,
Wednesday. We would like to use the Audio Visual Room 1 (AVR-1) on the second floor, the
hallway, and the stairs nearby as our holding area or the setting of our film from 9:00 am to
4:00 pm. This film project is entitled “Drama Society - The Tribute.” This will also serve as
another platform for our culminating activity for this academic year’s dramasoc members. To
showcase our talents and skills through this, we could retell the struggles, experiences, and
hardships of our schoolmates over the past two years through an artistic and creative output.
The outcome of this film project will be posted on our official Facebook page, CDU: SHS
Drama Society and will also be shared to the CDU community.
In addition, this project will stand to work as an invitation for our future thespians and
aspiring artists for the next academic year. Rest assured that this film project will be
supervised by our very own adviser, Ms. Kimberly Anne Enriquez. She will be with us
throughout the duration of the above mentioned activity. The participants of this film project
will contain 12 students.
Cebu Doctors’ University - Senior High School Drama Society organization will strictly
follow the Guidelines on the Nationwide Implementation of the Alert Level System for Covid
19 Response. The participants’ will show their vaccination cards as fully vaccinated
individuals upon entering the school adhere to strict IATF protocol and will be given a
consent letter from the organization to inform their parents and guardians about this project.
