Dezzo Development Holdings (Pty) Ltd, trading as Dezzo Holdings, specialises in the supply of goods and services for the development of state funded, low-income housing. Created in 2001, the formation of the new company facilitated the merger of five separate trading entities, all of which were involved in the low-income housing market.

The formation of the Holding Company provided a vehicle to facilitate a meaningful Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) deal. At the same time, it also provided an opportunity to restructure the organisation in a manner that it is ideally positioned to address the housing challenges facing South Africa and the Subcontinent.

DEZZO HOUSING
Dezzo Housing, a Division of Dezzo Development Holdings, was formed in response to opportunities that exist in the property development sector. Started in 2000, today we offer a specialised service delivering Project Management and Property Development that caters for all sectors of the market from RDP to upmarket residential housing to commercial, industrial and retail developments.

We aim to provide our clients with a total turnkey solution that delivers high quality d e v e l o p m e n ts a t reasonable prices and we achieve this b y m a n a g i n g t h e complex processes associated with land development. Our customers include both municipalities and external development organisations and we are also involved in our own land developments.

DEZZO ROOFING
Dezzo Roofing specialises in manufacturing and supplying lightweight steel roof support systems. A viable and cost effective alternative to conventional timber roof systems, since 2000 Dezzo Roofing has supplied over two million square metres of lightweight steel trusses for projects in South Africa, Angola, Mozambique, Zambia and Botswana.

Dezzo Roofing pioneered lightweight steel roof trusses and tailored its design specially for the Southern African market. Our product range caters for all roofing styles from basic lattice and girder beams to carry profiled steel sheeting, to trusses that can accommodate concrete roof tiles, pressed steel tiles, or any of the profiled steel roof sheets. Our products have been used in a vast number of applications including from residential houses, rural schools, social facilities, hotels, factories, army barrackss to office buildings. Dezzo Roofing has six roll-forming machines as well as a full cutting and bending facility at its production facility in Durban.
