SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MARIE JO ANN V. UMPAD, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of

Setro Tulay, Minglanilla, Cebu, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE
JOSHUA GERARD S. MAYOC, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Brgy.
Consolacion, Sogod, Southern Leyte, to be my true and lawful attorney to act in,
manage and conduct all my affairs, and for that purpose in my name and in my
behalf to do and execute all of any of the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To represent me, for and in my behalf in the processing of documents

at the Bureau of Internal Revenue Maasin, Rural Bank of Malitbog,
and other government agencies concerned, in relation to the personal
properties (shares of stock and savings at the Rural Bank of Malitbog)
of our deceased mother, MILDRED SEGALES VECINA, who died
intestate in Tacloban City, Leyte on May 6, 2020;

2. To withdraw or claim any amount from her death benefit(s);

3. To represent, transact, execute, pay the fees and taxes required, sign
any and all document(s) and paper(s) in relation to the said claim;

4. To generally do and perform whatever things necessary to carry out

the above purpose.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said
attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
