The scramble competition consists of 3 rounds - a preliminary round, semi-final round, and final round. In the preliminary round, 20 questions are given with 1 minute per question and the top 10 scoring participants advance. Those 10 then compete in the semi-final round with another 20 questions in 1 minute each, and the top 5 scorers advance to the final round where they have 30 seconds to answer 10 questions. The participant with the highest score in the final round wins the competition.

ROUND 3 (THREE); FINAL ROUND - The committee will give 10 (ten) sentences in an envelope. - Contestants will be given 30 (thirty) second to write down their answer for every question. (10 questions) - All of the sentence MUST be written using the correct punctuation. - Each correct answer will be worth 10 (ten) points. - Each of the contestants will be scored by the number of their correct answers - The participant with the highest score will be the winner of the round.
