The school Planning Team (SPT) are assigned to monitor and evaluate the progress of
the projects depending on the timeliness set by the Project Proponent in its project
designs. The monitoring schedule dates are indicated on the Project Monitoring Form.
The SPT and the Project Teams will work hand-in-hand in resolving problems
encountered especially during the early stage of the projects’ implementation.
The result of the M and E shall serve as bases for recommendation and in redesigning

ACTIVITY PROPOSAL
II. Rationale
I. Activity Description:
Project I-SPELL is the Recovery program for literacy on Sogod National
High School anchored on Project REVAMP (Recover and Enhance Vital
Abilities Meaning fully through Partnership) aims to enhance the learning
losses of the students in literarcy.Activities such as remediation of
struggling readers through tutoring and remediation classes, spelling,
vocabulary, and
PROGRAM DESIGN
I. Objectives:
1. Keep on track of the DepEd’s road map in pushing educational
quality while adopting the new normal learning delivery
modalities.
2. Acquaint oneself to learning while having fun.
3. Recognize the value of reading amidst the pandemic
4. Appreciate the significance of developing the five macro skills.
5. Invigorate the team-spirit through group performance by
ensuring that the safety and health protocol is followed.
The activity will be conducted online and face to face for more
engaged participation. Contests shall be held online or pre-recorded to be
submitted to the awards committee. Face to face tutorial will be held
between the tutee and the tutor teacher or student. IATF protocols will be
followed during the whole duration of the activity
