RECORD PARK PROJECT – RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

1. DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION

Located in Cluj-Napoca City, 20/A Onisifor Ghibu, RECORD PARK is a new mixed-use project
compound of 2 residential buildings, A class office building, rejuvenated building as co-working space
and sport area.

3. STRUCTURE, ENVELOPE AND PARTITION WALLS


- Reinforced concrete
- Concrete foundations
- Superstructure: reinforced concrete poles and pre-tensioned reinforced concrete floors
- Earthquake resistant structure in accordance with the legal provisions, class I, norm P100-1/2013
- Interior partition walls made of double plated gypsum (2 x 2 x 12.5mm) on metal stud 5cm with
rockwool insulation and fire safety between rooms.
- Main access door made of aluminium profile type, with low-E insulating glass (U-value:
1.3W/m2K)
- Window profiles made PVC profile Q Fort or similar, with low-E insulating glass (U-value:
1.3W/m2K)
- Thickness of the exterior walls (40 cm), in between apartments (25cm) and interior walls (10 cm)
- Slabs size, finishing layers, insulation type: finishes, screed, XPS, reinforced, post-tensioned
concrete.
