Performance Standard: Conduct an information dissemination activity on
effective ways of taking care of the respiratory and
circulatory systems based on data gathered from the
school or local health workers.

STRENGTHENING RESPIRATORY and CIRCULATORY SYSTEMS

I. Objective/s:
Make a one-minute video of yourself showing activities that improve the
health of your respiratory and circulatory systems.

II. Material/s:
Camera/Cellphone, Video-editing Applications

III. Procedure:
1. Select activities that improve the health of the Respiratory and Circulatory
Systems. Record yourself using the camera or your cellphone while performing the
activities (e.g. biking, walking, etc.)
2. Edit the video or add some effects or texts that will improve the clarity of the
information.
3. Send your video via Google drive, or transfer it to a flash drive to submit it to
the teacher. The teacher will evaluate the work before posting it online.
4. Refer to the attached rubric for you to be guided in doing the activity.
