    A: I was depressed when I got dressed this morning.

    B: What happened?
    A: Some of my shirts are getting too tight especially around the belly. I
    don’t need my belt anymore. I think I’ve gained at least 3 kilos since I got
    to Vietnam. I’ve been eating like crazy. Half of my clothes don’t fit
    anymore.
    B: I can tell you’re getting chubby. You gotta be careful of what you eat.
    A: I know. But I can’t control myself. The food here is addicting. I’ve been
    going to all kinds of places from sidewalk eateries to fancy restaurants. I
    try to remind myself not to overeat but I never listen to myself. I go to
    coffeeshops twice a day.
    B: What do you usually drink there?
    A: Vietnamese milk coffee and milk tea and cappuccinos and lattes.
    B: No wonder you’re getting fat!
