to answer this question, I choose to discuss milo, a little background why i choose to discuss

about milo is because i like to drink milo since i was little even now, before going to school i
definitely drink milo first hehehe, go to the topic of discussion about milo , the results that I
will explain are based on research I did on the internet, milo was first discovered by a
scientist named Thomas Mayne in 1934, Milo's name was inspired by a legendary 6th
century BC athlete from Croton, Milo was made with the noble purpose of overcoming the
problem of malnutrition due to the economic crisis in 1934. Indonesia had to wait 40 years
later to taste Milo, precisely in 1974, Nestle Indonesia first introduced Milo in Indonesia,
after six years of being present in Indonesia, Milo received a positive response from the
community Indonesia, Finally Nestle Indonesia started to produce Milo domestically, the
Milo factory i This is located in Waru, East Java, and in 2022 yesterday Milo was 100%
produced in Indonesia, in Karawang, West Java.
Milo itself has 3 product variants, namely powder variants, ready-to-drink variants and
cereal variants. in this variant it is also broken down into several types of products with
different advantages and target markets according to the reset carried out, apart from the
type variant, there is also a package weight variant, which is broken down based on
customer needs.
Milo Indonesia has the tagline "Energy Untuk Raib Lebih", this is in line with what milo is
after, milo focuses on active children exercising, and also invites children to be more active
in exercising, even with the current developments, milo is starting to enter into electronic
sports, where Milo is now collaborating with RRQ which incidentally is one of the Indonesian
e-sports teams that has many achievements to support the campaign.
i see nestle as a good fmcg company, and if i can have the opportunity to be an intern in
nestle it will be very good for me, i can learn things about business especially in fmcg
company, i want to develop soft skills and my hard skills, by being part of nestle of course
this will be very good for my improvement. I want to learn how to run a business and keep
the business sustainable, seeing Nestle which has been established since 1866 and still
exists and continues to grow until now makes me amazed and I am very happy if I can be
given the opportunity to do an internship at Nestle, I want to learn how to manage a
business , keep the business stable, ways to stay consistent and I also want to know how
Nestle's corporate culture is, I want to learn how Nestle's business flows from upstream to
downstream, cause in future I wanna be i businessman too, and it's gonna be awesome if I
can be a part of nestle, this will be good for my self-development, but specifically I want to
learn more in the field of human resources and marketing, because in my opinion these two
things are the most important parts for the development of a business, we must be smart in
assessing people who having the desire and good potential to advance a company, and for
marketing itself, in my opinion, is crucial al, because good marketing can increase the
probability of a product or business selling well in the market, I also want to learn how to
become a good leader too, because I believe it will be useful for me, because a business in
my opinion is like a ship with many crew members , they have good abilities as a crew, but
will the ship sail calmly if the captain is bad? yes of course they can still sail, but will it last
very long? of course not, therefore this synergy must be supported by leaders who are well
defended
