1. Local & Chinese Personnel Human Resources Management Measurable KPI for this aspect shall be effective, proper and correct 25%
management of HR activities related to local & chinese staffs

Rating in the scale of 0 to 5 will be provided jointly by Manager-HR & GA and


HR Senior Officer in which 5 means best management and 0 means worst
management.

2. Operation works Preparing all necessary reports without any delay will achieve full rating 5 and 25%
rating will reduce by 1 for delay in each document.

3. Document and Data Control Assist superiors in Acquiring and maintaining all HR Legal Documents without 20%
any delay will achieve full rating 5 and rating will reduce by 1 for delay in each
document.

4. Administrative works Measurable KPI for this aspect shall be effective, proper and correct 15%
management of other administrative works, such as house leasing, company
canteen, etc.

Rating in the scale of 0 to 5 will be provided jointly by Manager-HR & GA and


HR Senior Officer in which 5 means best management and 0 means worst
management.
5. Initiative Performing all duties of Personal Assistance in proper and efficient way shall be 15%
measured by General Manager, and according rating will be provided. Rating 5
will correspond to best performance in this aspect and 0 will correspond to worst
performance.
