Construction Communication Flows

The figure below is adapted from a study by Khoury (2019) on effective communication
processes for construction and management.
The site manager for the country club would find it useful to adopt such a communication
channel.

Factors that affect communication are cultural differences, organization structure, use of IT
and remote working among others.
The project success will depend on the communication during the design and construction
phases. This structure can be linked to the success of the project.
