Occurred on 10.02.2023 at about 20.30 hrs on at near Gangadu baavi ,peddakallagunta village of Kondapi
mandal, and reported on 11.02.2022 at 14.35 hrs, in which the complainant Dhacharla Ashok s/o Subbarao, 32 yrs,
, kamma by caste, peddakalla gunta village of Kondapi mandal ,present lingamagunta village and maddipadu
mandalam cell no:9032418541 stated that his uncle i.e the deceased Dhacharla Venkata kondaiah s/o late Venkata
ramanaiah , 56 yrs, kamma by caste, peddakallagunta village of Kondapi mandal. The deceased and Muraboyina
Ramanaiah are going to from kondapi to peddakallagunta village on bike (AP27BB6582). after unknown tractor
driver (AP39AD7187 & track no.AP39DU1251 ) come to kondapi from peddakallagunta village with firewood. The
unknown vehicle driver coming from opposite direction and drove his vehicle in a rash and negligence manner hit
the deceased who is dashed the deceased was received on head blood injuries and Venkata ramanaiah has small
blood injuries . Immediately he shifted to CHC Hospital kondapi after he shifted to Venkata ramana Hospital Ongole
for better treatment. The Doctor examined and declared that she was died due to fatal injuries. The complainant
came to the police station and given the complaint of occurrence. Sir I registered the above statement as a
case in Cr.No: 20/2023 U/S 304(A) IPC, of Kondapi P.S on 11.02.2023 at 14.35 hours and submitted the original FIR
along with statement to the court of Hon¿ble AJFCM Kandukur and other copies to all officers concerned.
