the routine or activity that is being carried out. According to the Ministry of Health, a good rest or
sleep time is a minimum of seven hours every day.

Bored
Bored is a word that means too often and too much so this word is used when you don't like
something.

Lonely
Loneliness is a complex and usually unpleasant emotion, which is a response to isolation.
According to Halim & Dariyo (2016) loneliness is a reaction to the loss or absence of a close
relationship.
Gierveld, et al. (2006, in Dini & Indrajati, 2014) states that loneliness is a situation experienced by
someone who feels an unpleasant relationship and is not accepted into a desired relationship.
Loneliness tends to have feelings of being unhappy and feeling alone. Meanwhile, according to
Russell (1996, in Sembiring, 2017) loneliness is a condition in which individuals do not get the
desired social life in their environment.
