the full spectrum of credit strategies, including leveraged loans, high -yield bonds, distressed
debt, private lending, structured products, non-performing loans (NPLs) and equities.

the world. Over 130 investment professionals focus on identifying the most attractive credit

ROLE
Bain Capital Credit is looking to recruit an Intern to join the Non -Performing Loans & Real
Estate team. This internship programme will run from September for 3-6 months. There is
potential for a full time offer of employment following the programme.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Become an integral part of the Non-Performing Loans / asset backed team
• Work closely alongside VPs and other Associates in every single aspect of the venture
and support investment process (underwriting, execution, and asset management)
o Help develop valuation model and determine drivers needed to price
transactions
o Prepare investment memos and any other material needed for Credit Committee
• Work in close collaboration with a wide variety of teams throughout Bain Capital Credit

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Interest in NPLs and Real Estate
• Exceptional business analytic and quantitative skills
• Modelling skills (proficiency in Excel, VBA, and possibly Python)
• Hard working and dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership, self -
motivation, and ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
