Congratulations!
This activity serves as an evaluation of your learning on the previous discussion that we have. A
step to test your understanding about how Pricing Strategy works with the it’s 3 principles with
consideration to the segment it serves. It is time that you can use those other learnings you have
from your previous subjects for years will be use. Through case study analysis, you can get a
picture and feel some of the problems encountered by different organizations.
I hope that this would be remembered (not because of the length of the scenario) as a tool in
harnessing your comprehension, analysis, communication and decision-making skills before you
step outside the portal of the academe. Formulate your findings and present it to the fullest of
your capabilities.
Thank you!!!

Objective:
- To enhance the learner’s skill in analyzing situations and harness the decision-making potential
and measure the strength of their knowledge regarding the Pricing Strategy.
- To assess the level of student learners’ maturity and creativity in different marketing activity.
- To provide other avenues of learning using the case analysis using an actual industry scenario.
Let’s Play: A family of yours is planning to establish a business during this hard time. After all the
considerations a particular product was made which is not specific for pandemic purposes. Your
family is thinking that the product being made must be also intended even post pandemic period.
The specific segment was also identified, which is 25-35 years of age. What is not clear to your
family is the other segmentation approach, but the biggest concern here is what pricing approach
must be crafted? What specific concern must be considered before setting the price?
Being part of the family what can you do to help your family dilemma.
