Call to Order: Science Coordinator, Ms. Jacqueline Gasatan called the meeting to order at
CDONHS-JH STE Bldg. at Room 14.
Meeting Agenda:
I. REPORTS:
August 22 - September 30 (3 days F2F; 2 days modular)
October 1 – 31 (4 days F2F; 1 day modular)
November 2 will be the full blast (weekdays F2F)
Official time will be chosen either 7:00-4:00 PM and 7:30-4:30 PM.
School uniform for students is not mandatory but encouraged to wear. Always
follow dress code when wearing civilian, no colored hairs, and nails.
Grade 7 & 9 – MTW (Face-to-face) and ThF (Distance Learning)
Grade 8 & 10 – TWTh (Face-to-face) and MF (Distance Learning)
Every Monday will be the schedule for passing DLL in a green expanded folder to
Mrs. Tabla until 12 noon and will be returned by Mrs. Gasatan every afternoon.
II. OPEN ISSUES:
Teachers must not have failure students for having outstanding in IPCRF.
80 will be the lowest grade of students.
Considering the protocols of the IATF in school, there will be no grouping
activities, laboratories/experiments in a class.
No extra-curricular for students yet, there is co-curricular.
One printer from Mrs. Rara provided by school need to be fix and waiting for
another printer for Ms. Saberon and Ms. Lingatong.
Collection fee 25 pesos every 15 days for science theme park will be gathered by
Treasurer, Ms. Analeah Saberon.
Rearrangement of plants care of Mrs. Rara.
Mandatory wearing of DepEd Uniform for Teachers from Monday to Friday and
considering wearing departmental polo shirt on Friday.
III. PLANS:
Steel matting and thermal scanner will be priority of the advisers for their
classrooms.
Make an action plan (Intervention, LARDO, SARDO, Remediation & others)
cared of Grade Leaders in each level.
Calendar activities (AUGUST – JUNE) cared of Mrs. Sherryl Dura & Ms. Leah
Lingatong.
MELC will be follow with the sub tasking and DLL will be used again starting this
SY 2022-2023 (per week).
YES-O c/o Mrs. Dura and waste management c/o Mr. Artango officers will make
action plan.
LAC Session Speakers will be Mrs. Lauren Mañus, Mrs. Sherryl Dura, Mrs.
Therese Rara, and Mr. Severino Cantorne.
Team Leaders submits remediation plan (per grade level)
Remediation will be every 5th week.
Informed parents before conducting remediation to their child.
Remake diagnostic test will be passed on August 26, 2022 (1 st to 4th quarter – 50
items) care of to the team leaders and other science teachers.
Coordinator will ask the principal, Doc. Norma Delima for approval that students
will answer in their modules.

Remind coordinator to send a document file of MELC with substasking, and DLL
format used this year.
Ms. Krista Llenas will send a cover page file for DLL thru messenger.
