NARRATIVE REPORT
Last September 2, 2022, the Grade 10 – Orion parents and the adviser conducted its first Home Room Parents and Teachers
Association meeting. The agenda are as follows:

I started the meeting at exactly 8:50 in the morning with 28 parents. I introduced to the parents our school admin
(Principal, Assistant Principals), No. of teachers in the school; oriented them with different program offered in school (BEC,
SPA, STE, SPJ, SPTVE, SPED, OHSS, SPFL); inform the parents about the four buildings, school entrance and exit, and the
facilities in school as well. I aware and explain to the parents too about the school policies such as following dress code,
proper haircut and the DO’s and DON’Ts of their child inside of the school. I discussed the school calendar as well which is
the 1st to 4th quarter schedules, end of the school year and remedial schedules. I show the grading system in each subject
on how the students assess by the teachers and share the weight of each component for Grade 7 to 10 by subject. The
adviser, Ms. Richel E. Maglunsod presided the election for the new set HRPTA Officers. The body decided to use the raising
of hands as the method of the election. The newly elected officers of HRPTA are as follows:

SECRETARY: TRISIA ANN LLAWNA
TREASURER: JUVYLYN TAGBO
AUDITOR: MARIANNE ESPINOCILLA

After electing officers, Mr. Redoble moved to discuss the next Agenda which is the HRPTA Project for S.Y. 2022 – 2023. The
parents suggested and approved by the body to have a contribution in each parent for the steel matting which is Php
100.00, and they include Php 10.00. Mrs. Serrano offer to donate a Php 1,000.00 for additional of the paint for repainting of
the classroom and Php 2,000.00 donation from Mrs. Tagbo for the electric fan. Below is the proposed budgetary
requirements for the proposed project:

Steel matting (left side) with labor and snacks (Php. 4,000.00)  Php. 4,000.00
Php 4,000.00/48 Grade 10 - Orion
= Php 83.00 but they agreed to make it 100 pesos for contribution each parent

With a majority decision, the body approved the budgetary requirements and set 2 nd week of September as the deadline of
payment.

There are no other matters to be discussed. So, I raise a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mrs. Juvylyn Tagbo
seconded the motion and approved by the body. The meeting officially adjourned at exactly 10:20 in the morning.
