**For Year 1 Fellows**

WHAT IS IT? WHY SHOULD YOU BE A PART

The Elementary Teacher’s Committee is
envisioned as a platform run for and by the
Elementary Fellows of Delhi’s cohort. It will run
through the year, co-creating, supporting and
independently running rich learning
experiences for all the Elementary Fellows of
the city.
The Committee will consist of 5-7 members
and will be representing Fellows across all
clusters in Delhi.
OF IT?
This is an opportunity for you to work
with the Elementary Track Team of
this year and the upcoming year to
co-create training spaces for the
elementary Fellows of Delhi.
You will be working with a team of
motivated individuals in this unique
opportunity to zoom out and serve
ALL elementary teachers to impact
the overall outcomes of our students.

YOUR ROLE KEY COMPETENCIES

Co-creating the Vision and Scope & Sequence THAT YOU'LL BUILD
of the Committee with the team.
Designing and organizing Masterclasses in the Research
city throughout the year. Planning
Running the Elementary Track website. Design
DoL within the team for Elementary Track
Facilitation
Events.
Support the team in executing the Track Communication
Training. Event Management
Committing 4-6 Hours/Month with respect to
the track.

Step III: Complete the ETC Interest Form attached below [5-10
mins]. The form is open till 15th February 2023.
