Funds Transfer Request

Following your request for authorization to transfer funds of
US$30,000,000, we hereby wish to inform you of the
following:

In accordance with order MEF-32/45 of 02/14/2004 of the

Ministry of Economy and Finance regulating any transfer of
funds of more than US$1,000,000 outside United Kingdom
territory, the beneficiary must provide the following
elements:

1- A copy of his identity document or passport or valid

driving license

 2- The sum of US$ 30,000 representing the costs of
insurance, file processing and issuance of the certificate of
transfer of funds at the level of the Court
3- The exact address of the beneficiary
