Find a Doctor/Hospital
You are free to seek medical care from any provider you wish.
ONLY use the Emergency Room (ER) in true emergency situations.

Plan Deductibles
Your plan includes a $0 per certificate period deductible, which should be paid at the time of treatment.
An additional ER deductible of $200 will apply for use of the Emergency Room.

After Your Visit

When you have obtained medical care, please also remember:
ALWAYS complete a claim form. A copy can be found in your Student Zone
Collect any bills, medical notes and receipts (including any Rx labels and receipts).
