In line with the gravelling of the national highway that traversed from Brgy. Sita River, Sitio
Sita, Sinuda Bukidnon to Calagangan, San Fernando of this province, I would like to apply and
ask permission from you to operate sand and gravel in this area. This is to support the “Build,
Build, Build program” of our beloved former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

Rest assured that I will abide with the laws, rules and regulation of the DENR and the NCIP.
Anent thereto, is a letter of Datu Lorenzo A. Gawilan Jr., Chairman and former Municipal Mayor
of Kitaotao, Bukidnon, authorizing the extraction and operation at the said location.

This would generate jobs and income of the government and the constituents of the said place.
