compose and comprise heroic epics of hundreds of lines and combine
benedictions, eulogies, spells, idiomatic phrases, fairy tales, myths, and folk
songs. Mongolian epic singers are renowned for their expanded vocabulary
and great memorization, with their ability of combining singing and vocal
and musical improvisation bundled with theatrical elements.

tov shuur (lute) in these performances.
These epics are performed mainly in the winter, and in many social, public
and cultural events which include: state affairs, a child's first haircut,
weddings, and the worship of sacred sites. These epics would branch out
and evolve, these epics now reflect nomadic lifestyles, religion, social
behaviors, mentalities, religion, and imaginations.

performers, and the decrease of performers, trainers and learners, Because
of the disappearance of the Mongol epic it is difficult to transmit historical
