contribution for Richard Walsh School & non aided staffts in St.
Amalarakkini Institutions / for consideration and granting of assistance /
Reg.

Music School and St. Amalarakkini Hr Sec School for the Visually Impaired,
Amalivanam, Susainagar, Tiruvannamalai District.

I hope this letter finds you in good health, and I'd like to take this opportunity to
express my heartfelt gratitude to you for your very active support to our
beneficiaries at Richard Walsh Music School. Please accept my gratitude for
your efforts in supporting the music school.

I am so happy to report that Richard Walsh Music School is a sister institute of St

Amalarakkini School for the Blind and has seen significant growth in its career.
The children's development is so curious and interested in learning music. This
school's expansion is highly valued and aimed at achieving its goals and
objectives. They are demonstrating a positive attitude and becoming achievers.

By the direction of your guidelines over phone, I am submitting a proposal for the
financial contribution to the non aided faculties in St. Amalarakkini Institution and
staffs in Richard Walsh School. No fee is collected from the children towards the
maintenance of the school and its related causes. On behalf of these poor
special children I make this appeal for your consideration and financial
assistance that would help the special children lives in a good-natured
atmosphere suitable for more learning. As you know well that Richard Walsh
music School is running its own causes and Amalarakkini School is a
Government recognized free residential Higher Secondary school for the visually
challenged, well equipped with all special aids for the visually impaired children.
They are tutored by specially trained teachers. The below is the number of
working staffs in the school,

The total number of children in the school are 160 and 15 are visually impaired
EIC (Early Intervention Centre). The School has Classes from L.K.G to Higher
Secondary. It is proud and happy to quote that the school has been rewarded
with 100% results in the previous State Board examinations.

I am so happy about your call and coming forward to assist us regarding financial
contribution for the regular ministry programmes. Your unique participation and
thought provoking sharing is really very encouraging. My sincere gratitude to all
your team members who made this good and vibe.

At this outset I am pleased to submit our request proposal of providing the

monthly financial contribution to the management staff (non-aided) and the
following heads of expenses.

The above said budget is the overall expenses, our school is going to face for
this academic year and you are most welcome to contribute your participation. I
shall be much obliged and thankful to you if this proposal is considered positively
and grant is sanctioned for the salary allowances of non aided staffs and the
other needs of the special children in the school.

In this context, if possible, I make this request to you that to come and share your
participation of contribution and it will help us more to sustain and complete our
focused target in genuine. On behalf of these poor disabled ones, I make this
appeal for your consideration and financial assistance that would help them and
sustain the needs.
