Motivation
My main motivation was my mother because I took care of my mother who suffered from a
minor stroke and for some time needed care in medication and help in activities of daily living
(ADL). In that moment I developed a compassion for caregiving, and I felt like I needed a
change of direction in my life considering my father is also diabetic. As a care worker I feel like
the little experience I have gained has helped to expand my knowledge as well as to improve
my skillset to have good outcomes such as great quality patient service.
