1. What is the difference between Short-haul and Long Circuits when identifying
the main types of Maritime connections in the country.

The difference between the two are the Short-haul it identifies that the usual travel
time of this took 1-2 Hours in which it conveys that it also has the highest number of
trips per day. While the Long Circuits it identifies that the travel time of this took
usually 2-3 days and the trips conducted only 2-3 times per week.
2. Ferries are more economically practical compare to Airline when it comes to fare
costs. Can you further explain.

I agree into it, because Airlines is much more providing a high class of services and
it’s much more convenient to Ferries because Ferries took so many hours or days
before you can go to your specific destination compare to airlines that it is much
faster that took only in a few minutes or hours. Moreover, the advantage of ferries is
that you can bring a lot of baggage you want to bring compare to Airlines that it has
only limited and there are a lot of prohibitions that you can’t bring in the airlines
compare to ferries. In line with that, the reason also why that airlines is much more
higher cost because of its demand because most of people nowadays is much more
prefer to choose airlines because of its fastest way of travel time compare to ferries
that it has a long time travel.

3. What are the Primary Modes of Transportation in the Philippines.

The Primary modes of Transportation in the Philippines are Buses, Jeepneys,


Tricycles, Cabs, Motorcycles, Pedicabs, Bicycles, Electric Bikes, Kalesa, Taxis, Trains
MRT or LRT, Ferry Boats, Airplane, and etc.
