    Major comments:

    1) The English writing style needs to be revised and improved. Moreover, there are some typos within
    the text which should be treated in the next round of revisions.

    2) There are some language mistakes in the paper which need to be corrected.

    3) Rewrite the abstract in a brief way by removing the meaningless background introduction, but adding
    more words on the problem characteristics. 

    4) At the end of the abstract section, the authors are advised to claim the applicability and advantages of
    the proposed methodology with more quantitative and comparable results.

    5) At the end of the introduction section, the novelty of the present research should be explicitly stated. 

    6) All sections of Material and Methods need references.

    7) Use more figures for indicating the results.
