• URLs have the following format:

The home page is the initial Web page that is
displayed when you open the Web browser.

It can also be the main or introductory page of a

How to Get to a Web Site
Links can be text or graphics on a Web page
that provide access to other Web pages.

Links may or may not be a different color than

other text on the page and may or may not be
underlined
