there are many role assign in me as a bookkeeper, first in a daily task I 

 Check proof sheets, Call back all disbursement, Generates interests on Retirement and
installment savings, Process loans, Journal entries, Entertain queries and complaints of
clients, Conduct interview of clients withdrawal, Process transfer of accounts, Monitor Sub
ledger and General ledger, Entertain phone calls or queries
 Evaluate loan availment, Filling of proof sheets and journals, Back-up transactions for the
day and my weekly task is Offsetting of loans only.  
 And my monthly tasks are, Run up SL and GL variance, Account receivable reports,
reporting of Bank Reconciliation, Team collection reports, Safe keeping of insurances,
building, business permits and inventories. My quarterly tasks are Run up interest on savings
deposit. I have also a yearly tasks like Assisting in the audit interim, Posting of claim and
unclaimed dividend, Balance of dividends.

