Language Center Dress Code Requirements

To maintain a professional appearance, all Future Group Language center employees


must adhere to all dress code requirements in the Future Group Handbook. The following
is an additional list of requirements for anyone on camera and/or working in the Language
Center:

1. Lanyards with Future Group logos are permitted on camera if the name badge is
not visible.
2. Solid-colored shirts, blouses, sweaters, cardigans, suit jackets, fashion scarves
and hijab are permitted.
3. Printed, striped, or otherwise patterned clothing is not permitted. Embroidered,
sequined, shiny, reflective, see-through or neon materials are not permitted.
4. Men must wear a solid-colored dress shirt with complimenting tie.
5. Denim tops and jackets are not permitted.
6. Sleeveless, tank tops, and spaghetti strap tops may only be worn underneath a
shirt, sweater, suit jacket or cardigan.
7. Outerwear of any kind is not permitted including but not limited to jackets, coats,
scarves, hoodies, gloves, hats, and mittens.
8. Athletic wear is not permitted including but not limited to t-shirts, athletic sweaters,
and exercise/gym apparel.
9. Sign language interpreters must use natural-colored nail polish and wear solid-
colored tops that contrast with their skin color.
10. Tattoos must be completely covered, and any facial piercings must be small.
11. Sunglasses or tinted eyeglasses are not permitted.
12. Skirts may not be shorter than one inch above the knee.

Note: If any clothing requirements worn due to adherence to religious customs or


requirements are in direct conflict with the Dress Code, those Dress Code items may be
excluded on an individual basis.
