    Tagum City, Davao del Norte

    Dear Sir/Ma’am,

    Good day!

    I am Gilfer Jean Cabel, a fourth-year Social Work student at Jose Maria College, and I
    am writing this letter of intent to request an internship as a social worker in your area in
    order to complete an academic requirement for this semester. The following are the
    requirements I must meet in order to complete my internship:

    1. To complete 1000 hours of community-based work.


    2. With fixed days of availability from Monday through Friday and the flexibility to
    work on weekends if necessary.
    3. From 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    I am very pleased to work with you and would be proud to complete my internship with
    your excellent organization. I appreciate that you are offering an internship that is
    relevant to my study, and I hope you will take this into consideration.
