Proposed Multi Storied Office Building for Commissioner General of Labour

(MOL), Colombo, Sri Lanka: This is a one of the large scale construction
project of government owned, complete project value nearly 7.891 Billion
Sri Lankan Rupees, the building has 35 stories including ground floor, two
basements, five levels were reserved for parking (two basements & 1-3 levels)
level 4 to level 27 typical, mainly custom portioned office areas. Level 28 to 30
for Auditorium. The main contractor is SP- Seirra Joint Venture (Pvt) Ltd. and
Design Consortium Ltd. is consultant and Project management is Department
of Building.

firms, one for structural Deepal Wickramsinghe Associates and the other for
architectural ATS Consultant (PVT) Ltd. Budgeted value of the project hiked up
to 583 Million LKR which in a rough conversion results 40 Million USD.
