Remove the crankshaft pulley

Remove the dipstick tube
Remove the timing belt lower cover
(4.00)

Loosen the tensioner

Remove the timing belt

Installation
Fit the timing belt
Rotate the engine 2 rotations by hand
Removal
Align the timing marks
Disconnect the battery earth cable

Tighten the tensioner (15 - 23 Nm)

Fit the timing belt lower cover
(4.00)

Refit the dipstick tube

Refit the crankshaft pulley (65 - 75 Nm)
Refit the front right wheel
Refit the timing belt upper cover
Removal
Fit the ancillary drive belt
Disconnect the battery earth cable
Refit the right-hand headlight
Remove the right-hand headlight
