 Part 2: Payment terms

1. Payment Terms: 30% advanced payment by T/T, 70% balance to be paid by T/T or irrevocable L/C at
sight before dispatch goods out of seller’s factory.
2. GA drawing Submission: Seller will provide GA drawing & foundation drawing within 7 working days
after receive the 30% advanced payment.
3. Delivery Time: Seller should dispatch goods in 45 working days after receiving the payment.
4. Guarantee: 1 year (excluding the spare parts).
5.Installation and commissioning: If buyer require, seller will send engineer to guide the equipment
installation, commissioning, test-running, and training local workers. All travelling, hotel, food expenses
and salary of the engineer shall be paid by the buyer. Engineer’s salary is 100 USD per person per day.
