PART 2 SALES CLAUSES:

1. Payment Term: 30% down payment by T/T, 70% to be paid before goods leave seller’s factory by T/T.

3. Machines’ delivery method remains to be confirmed later accordingly.

4. Packing: Before delivery, the equipment is treated for anti-corrosion. All the machines will be transported to

destination port by containers or by special vessel. Detailed quantity of containers may vary according to client’s

requirements and preference.

5. Warranty: The guarantee period is one year from the date when the trial run is finished, but not exceeds eighteen

months since the goods arrive at customer’s port. Wearing parts are not included in this term.

6. Installation and commissioning: After receiving advance payment, the seller will provide operation manual and

foundation drawing to the buyer. If the buyer requires, the seller shall send technicians to direct installation,

commissioning, trial-run, and training local workers. The buyer is responsible for board and lodging, round-trip

flight tickets, safety of technician. In addition, the buyer is responsible for technician’s salary, which is USD150-200

per day per person. If buyer installs the equipment by himself, the buyer himself will also be responsible for any

problem caused by improper installation.

7. Validity: The quotation is valid for one month from the date stated in the first page above.
