Nopcowet™ ENA-6022

USE:
Nopcowet ENA-6022 is a nonionic dispersing agent / emulsifier for various industrial
use.

COMPOSITION:
Nopcowet ENA-6022 is based on polyglycol fattyacid esters.

TECHNICAL DATA:
Acid value (mg KOH/g) < 13
pH (2% in water) 6,5 – 7,5

Appearance: Amber liquid at room temperature (23-25ºC).

Active content: 100%

APPLICATION:
Nopcowet ENA-6022 is a surfactant, and can be used as a dispersing- and emulsifying
agent in various formulations.

To improve the emulsification of an organic phase having low water solubility,

Nopcowet ENA-6022 could be added in amounts in the range of 3 - 4 % or higher,
based on the total formulation.
Lower addition levels may perform, depending on the structure of the phase to be
emulsified / dispersed and the local conditions.

Nopcowet ENA-6022 can also perform as a dispersing agent in aqueous systems for
solid particles having a certain hydrophobicity.

The individual user must test the product for the suitability in his own system.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Nopcosperse can be delivered in cans (net 25 kg), drums (net 200 kg) and in IBC (1000
kg).
The product should be preferentially stored at 25-35 ºC, as it tends to solidify at cooling
below 20 ºC.
(At 16-17 ºC; hazy, yellowish, normally still fluid. At 14 ºC; hazy, yellowish, viscous.)
Reheating of a solidified product will fluidize the product again.
