1. Save money on Landed Cost of Goods
2. Reduce your 3PL bill 3. Check in your goods faster 01 SEND PRODUCTS ON PALLETS. 3PLS CHARGE PER PALLET OR BOX RECEIVED. PALLETS ARE CHEAPER. 02 PUT ONE SKU ON EACH PALLET
If not possible, don’t exceed a maximum of 3 SKUs on a pallet. It
reduces the time we spend on receiving, counting and breaking down your pallets. Less handling means more savings for you! 03 WRAP YOUR PALLETS SECURELY Don’t use flimsy and cheap wrapping films. 90 gauge wrapping film is preferable. This helps keep your products intact and they will arrive safely at our facility. BAD VERY GOOD 04 YOUR PALLET HEIGHT SHOULD NOT EXCEED 72 INCHES. Boxes may fall off and goods get damaged before arriving at your 3PL. Put heavier boxes on the bottom and lightweight ones on top. Less handling means more savings for you! 05 PUT YOUR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SKU INFORMATION ON AT LEAST TWO SIDES OF THE BOX. This helps us count your goods faster and check them into inventory in record time. It will also speed up the process of sending your goods to amazon FBA. Time is money! 06 TELL YOUR SUPPLIER/SHIPPER TO USE CARGO NETS TO SECURE YOUR LOOSE BOXES INSIDE THE CONTAINER It takes a lot longer to unload your boxes when they arrive mingled up at your 3PL facility. This helps avoid product damages and injuries to your 3PL employees. 07 WHEN SENDING MULTIPLE LOOSE BOXES, MAKE SURE YOU NUMBER EACH BOX LEGIBLY Number your boxes serially e.g 7 of 15, as this helps us find missing boxes faster. 08 USE PALLET CORNER PROTECTORS WHEN SENDING FRAGILE ITEMS 09 USE GOOD AND STRONG PALLETS. PALLET SIZE MUST BE 40”X48”
If your boxes arrive on irregular palleta, we will have tom repalletize
into standard pallets in order to avoid delays and fees from amazon 10 LOAD YOUR CONTAINERS BY SKU TYPES. 11 USE LEGIBLE LETTERS AND SYMBOLS ON YOUR MASTER CARTONS TO DIFFERENTIATE YOUR SKUS 12 SEND EXTRA PACKAGING WITH YOUR SHIPMENTS
